Thermoplastic resin composite material "UNI Sheet"

A thermoplastic composite that is lightweight yet has high impact properties and rigidity.

UNI sheet is a sheet-like composite material reinforced with continuous glass fiber mat and thermoplastic resin (polypropylene). The molding process uses a stamping method where the material is heated above the resin's melting point and then compressed and flowed. Due to the combination of glass fiber mat and PP resin suitable for molding, the material can conform to complex shapes. It is lightweight yet possesses high impact properties and rigidity.

Comproloid 1700W/mk ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite new composite material

Not just heat countermeasures and heat management, but a new composite material with ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite! We will send sample materials to those who are interested!

< 23rd Small and Medium Enterprises Excellent New Technology and New Product Award "Excellence Award" Winning Product > The CompoLloid series is a new composite material for thermal management and thermal countermeasures, developed by ThermoGraphitics (TGC), which utilizes ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite with a thermal conductivity of 1700 W/mk as its core substrate. CompoLloid products include those that bond metal or ceramic to graphite plates (either sandwiching the graphite or bonding it on one side) and those that metallize graphite plates for a plated finish. By leveraging the properties of the composite counterpart materials, it is possible to significantly enhance thermal conductivity. In terms of thermal countermeasures and management, it demonstrates tremendous effectiveness in "heat dissipation, heat diffusion, temperature rise, temperature uniformity, cooling, heat collection, and cooling." Furthermore, it can provide added value such as miniaturization, weight reduction, operational stability, performance improvement, longevity, design appeal, and eco-friendliness to customers' products, thereby enhancing differentiation and competitive advantage, making it a total cost solution product. Since its launch, CompoLloid has achieved prototype results for over 150 customers, particularly receiving support and attention from clients in the automotive, aerospace, medical device, and computer industries, with full-scale mass production scheduled to begin in March 2012.

Comproid Cera - Ultra High Thermal Conductivity Graphite Alumina New Composite Material

A new composite material with over 100 W/mk that overturns the common knowledge of ceramics, a solution product that simultaneously solves insulation and thermal conductivity issues!

The composite Cera has achieved a thermal conductivity exceeding 100 W/mK in the thickness direction by optimizing the characteristics of both graphite, which has high thermal conductivity, and ceramic (alumina). Additionally, because high thermal conductivity graphite with a value of 1700 W/mK is used in the core section, the heat received by the ceramic is able to achieve astonishing thermal diffusion through the graphite. * The thermal conductivity depends on the thickness of each material.

What is the update to the high-performance material of "TECCELL"?

By combining with different materials such as aluminum and non-woven fabric, it becomes a more high-performance material.

By simply laminating a thin metal (such as aluminum) onto the surface of TECCELL, the bending rigidity and bending strength are dramatically improved. Additionally, TECCELL combined with non-woven fabric adds "design quality" to the features of "lightness" and "strength," making it suitable for automotive interior materials. Furthermore, the decorative board enhances high design quality through the lamination of various sheets. 【Upgrade to High-Performance Materials】 ■ Metal (aluminum, steel, etc.) - Significant weight reduction greatly simplifies construction and installation processes. ■ Non-woven fabric - Expands the applications of TECCELL into even broader fields. ■ Decorative board - Creates high design quality through the lamination of various sheets. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
